I am SO happy with how this is going! And Jamie’s losing weight too, since we have so much better food at home!

10 pounds…amazing! It is so nice to see your face and hear your voice. I agree with you, getting into a habit makes it much easier. Great video and thanks for sharing this with us. I like how you pointed out you are taking your “meal” a day very seriously and eating healthier.
